And then I read Sophia Coppola's Paris (nothing new of course, but nice photos), and the article starts with Rue Madame, where I stayed three years ago, and my god how things were different back then...

Didn't like that article, actually...
Sofia Coppola's Paris, she has coffee at the Flore and buys "notebooks and bags" at Hermes...how original. It's not an insider's Paris, it's a cliché rich person's Paris.
(Hah, can you tell I'm bitter because I too would like to casually buy bags at Hermes !?!)
Exact. It's a big fat bof (but with nice photos).
I echo chimera's sentiments, but I do like to fantasize about things like designer fittings, shopping at posh stores..... and interning at Chanel!
Although I did go to the rose store that she visited.
oh how I wish I could just stroll into Hermes and buy a bag, I don't think i could even afford a keyring.
Great blog, I will definitely keep coming back for more.
And I agree, I am forever obsessed with the Sartorialist!!
Chimera -- be bitter, er, I mean critical, all you want! I know that was my reaction!
I mean, I've BEEN in Chanel before. Does that count for anything?
